Dundee United v Hamilton

Last updated : 10 March 2011 By BBC Sport

Hamilton captain Alex Neil is back in the squad for the trip to Tannadice.

The midfielder's season has been blighted by a hip injury, and his last game was against Motherwell in October, but he has now fully recovered.

Dundee United manager Peter Houston: "It's an important game for us because, although we've put six points between ourselves and Aberdeen, I still see them as a threat so we need to get as many on the board as possible.

"We have three games in hand but they're all hard games so we can take nothing for granted.

"I have a lot of respect for Hamilton. They have made it difficult for us in the past, most recently just 12 days ago.

"If we create the amount of chances we did at New Douglas Park then I'll be happy."

Hamilton Accies coach Stuart Taylor: "I'm sure United will be tired as they will have used up a lot of energy in their win over Aberdeen.

"It was a fantastic result and they showed that they are playing with confidence, so it's going to be a hard game for us.

"We have to keep the tempo up and question how tired they are and how much the game the other night took out of them.

"We have a pattern of play we want to use against them and hopefully if we do that we will get the right result."
